Labour will win a landslide majority – but many aren’t happy – and several Gen-Zers admit they can’t recall the leaders of the main political parties including Rishi Sunak because they are ‘c**p’ at remembering names, a MailOnline poll of voters reveals today.
One student in Birmingham says she will vote Liberal Democrat because of the number of posters they have up in her area – and insists it may be a sign that the next prime minister could be Ed Davey.
Another first time voter said he has backed the Greens because he cares for the environment – and wants them to get rid of potholes – but has ‘no idea’ who will win overall or the names of the main party leaders.
Other young people admit they will vote for ‘anyone’ along as it forces out a Tory – including Remain – but warned Sir Keir Starmer not to take Friday nights off if he becomes Prime Minister.
A pensioner in Newcastle has predicted that a Labour will win a landslide majority today – but she doesn’t ‘approve of it’.
And when asked who he would kiss, marry or avoid, an electrician from Birmingham voting Reform, told MailOnline today: ‘It’s got a be snog Nigel Farage, marry Rishi and avoid Keir Starmer. Well, we all know Sunak’s got the money, Farage is up for the bants. And well, Keir Starmer yeah, definitely not’.

The UK’s chosen Government will be revealed by tomorrow morning. But ahead of the polls closing at 10pm tonight, MailOnline readers have revealed who they will be voting for and who they believe will win.
With just a few hours to go, some are still undecided – often because they don’t believe there is a party that truly represents them. One voter said that there is more chance of England winning Euro 2024 – and football ‘coming home’ – than Britain having a Government ‘that will actually make a difference’.
The majority of those polled by MailOnline have said that they will be voting Labour today – but many admitted that they consider them ‘the best of a bad bunch’, although quite a few could not name the leaders of the main political parties.
Others also admitted that they would vote Labour even though they don’t particularly like or trust Sir Keir Starmer and his policies – mainly because they don’t believe the Tories ‘deserve’ to win this time.
And if Sir Keir does win today, MailOnline readers have warned him that he is taking on a 24/7 job, and should expect to work his Friday nights.
